Allen & Overy is set to boost its New York office with the relocation of London infrastructure partner Andrew Fraiser. Global head of projects, energy and infrastructure Anne Baldock said: “We’ve quickly established ourselves as one of the go-to firms in the North America PPP space and believe there’s an opportunity for us to become the clear market leader.” She added: “Andrew’s move is a significant part of our strategy towards achieving that ambition.”
