Four-partner team to leave CMS Cameron McKenna for White & Case

A four-partner litigation team is set to leave CMS Cameron McKenna to join White & Case, according to reports. The group is led by Polish dispute resolution head Pawel Pietkiewicz, and includes litigation partners Michal Subocz, Lukasz Hejmej and Tomasz Manicki. CMS Cameron McKenna has responded to the departures by Warsaw head of commercial Malgorzata Surdek to lead the Polish dispute resolution practice, Warsaw employment head Katarzyna Dulewicz taking on the role head of commercial in addition to her current position.
