Linklaters takes top position for diversity

UK firm Linklaters has been recognised as having the greatest demographic diversity among 48 leading law firms. The diversity ranking, compiled annually by the Black Solicitors Network, examines the workforce on the basis of ethnicity, gender, disability and sexual orientation. It also allows extra points for firms that show that they collect statistics on diversity and that they have appointed someone from senior management to champion diversity.
