Japanese firm Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in recruitment spree
Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu has is going against the trend, recruiting ever larger numbers of new graduates. The firm now recruited 23 graduates from the Supreme Court’s Legal Research and Training Institute, after hiring seven newly badged lawyers in September. The firm’s hiring spree points to a global strategy, with increased staffing needs in the firm’s new Wall Street office and a new co-operative alliance formed with Australian firm Allens Arthur Robinson.
