CMS Cameron McKenna asks four partners to leave

Four partners at CMS Cameron McKenna have been asked to leave, and several additional partners have been moved down the firm’s equity ladder as result of a restructuring effort. The departing partners, from the infrastructure, project finance and corporate practices will leave the firm with a compensation package about equal to one year's remuneration. Meanwhile, Camerons has initiated a consultation process with the aim of making two London real estate lawyers redundant. These redundancies, along with the savings from the firm’s recent decision to outsource its entire back-office function to Integreon, will free funds that can be used to bolster partner profit figures.
