US firm Clark Thomas & Winters to undertake major restructuring
Texas law firm Clark Thomas & Winters has announced major restructuring to take place in the coming weeks, adding to speculation that the firm’s future hangs in the balance. The firm currently employs 64 lawyers, down from 120 in 2009, and revenue dropped more than $4 million in 2009. Earlier this month, nine lawyers from the firm’s pharmaceutical practice joined the Austin office of Minneapolis-based Bowman and Brooke.
