Clarke Thomas & Winters loses half its headcount
About half the lawyers from Texas firm Clark, Thomas & Winters have announced that they are leaving to start a new law firm law firm under the name Duggins Wren Mann & Romero. The new firm will launch with 29 lawyers, who work out of the same offices for the time being.
