Korean firm Yulchon set launch Beijing office
Korean law firm Yulchon is set to enter the Chinese legal market with an office in Beijing. Yulchon partner Jeong Yeon Ho said that the firm has been providing legal advice to Korean companies investing in China for some time, but that an office in Beijing will assist the firm in targeting Chinese enterprises that wish to invest in Korea. He said: "In the short term, we would be looking to funding enterprises, representing financial institutions, banks and private equity funds because Korea has a lot of opportunities for investment."
