Freshfields leads promotions round with 25 new partners

The London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has been the biggest beneficiary in the firm's annual round of promotions, securing nearly half of a total of 25 new partners. In a bumper year for the City office, the firm made up 10 London partners, double the previous year's tally. The total number of promotions across the firm was slightly up on last year's figure of 22.
