UK firm Cobbetts cuts NQ pay by almost 20% in 3 years
Cobbetts has reduced pay to newly qualified solicitors by nearly 20 per cent over the last three years. In 2008, newly qualified solicitors in the firm’s Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and London offices earned £37k upon qualification, but the class of 2011 can expect just £31k.
