Holman Fenwick & Willan boosts Asia-Pacific practice with partner relocations
Holman Fenwick & Willan has boosted its Asia Pacific practice – following the launch of a new office in Perth – by relocating a number of partners. Shanghai lead partner Paul Aston is set to move to Singapore where he will lead the Singapore office. Aston takes over from partner Simon Davidson, who returns to full-time practice after 12 years in the leadership role. Also joining the Singapore team is international arbitration specialist Guy Hardaker, who will relocate from the firm’s London office. Aston is succeeded in Shanghai by partner Henry Fung, who will continue to split his time between Hong Kong and Shanghai. In Hong Kong the firm has hired former Simmons & Simmons corporate partner Jonathan Moult, who will join the firm in September. And in Sydney the firm has hired former Richards Butler Hong Kong partner David Coogans.
