K&L Gates add partners in Dallas and Spokane

K&L Gates has boosted its Dallas and Spokane offices with a series of hires. In Dallas, the firm’s outsourcing and commercial transactions practice are joined by partners Jason D. Krieser and Shawn C. Helms from Jones Day. Craig Budner, Administrative Partner of K&L Gates’ Dallas office said: “Jason and Shawn are energizing additions to our outsourcing and technology practices and add strength to our industry-leading capabilities in these areas. We are thrilled that they chose to join K&L Gates.” Meanwhile, Christian M. Lucky joins the Spokane office as a corporate partner, leaving his former role at Stoel Rives. Philip J. Carstens, Administrative Partner of K&L Gates’ Spokane office said: “We are excited to have Christian join K&L Gates and believe that his background in corporate finance will be of much benefit to the firm’s clients both regionally and internationally.”
