Indian firm ALMT promotes four to partnership

Indian law firm ALMT has promoted four associates to the partnership, elevating Vaishakh Kapadia and Kruti Desai in Mumbai and Junia Sebastian and Rajat Bopaiah in Bangalore, and bringing the global partnership to total of 18. Vaishakh is qualified in both India, England and Wales and specializes in acquisitions, private equity and real estate. Kruti, has expertise in M&A and tax, while Junia focuses on corporate compliance and regulatory work and Rajat specializes in securities laws and joint ventures. ALMT Senior Partner Prashant Popat said: “It is a testimony of the growth of the Firm. Anyone who is a team player, hardworking and sincere can achieve this, if provided with a level playing field. I wish the four youngsters greater success”. Asked to comment upon her promotion, Kruti said: “I have had a fair share in the growth of the firm from its nascent stage to a full service multi location law firm.
