Yale Law Women choose top ten family-friendly law firms

Yale Law Women have announced their annual ranking of the top 10 family friendly law firms, which this year shifted focus from the availability of family friendly programs to their subscription within the firm. The report found ‘substantial room for improvement’ in the take-up of the policies by men: on average, about 80 per cent of the lawyers using part-time options were women.
