Amarchand Mangaldas has hired Managing Associate Pranav Sharma from Linklaters as a partner in the Delhi office Banking & Finance and Insolvency group.   Pranav worked with Amarchand as an associate before he shifted to London to take up a role with Linlaters six years ago. He is qualified to practice in India, England and Wales. Pranav has experience in the areas of Banking & Finance, Project Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Corporate & Debt Restructuring, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Policy & Legislation and Regulatory Practices.
