CMS Cameron McKenna looking for US merger partner

CMS Cameron McKenna and its affiliate firms are set on finding a partner for a transatlantic merger over the next 12 months. The ten member firms of the CMS group, including Bureau Francis Lefebvre in France and Germany’s Hasche Sigle, voted to establish a transatlantic merger at their group conference in London this month. The CMS group recorded a 3.9 per cent increase in turnover in the last financial year, from €767.9 million to €797.5 million.
