Dacheng Wong Alliance hires new co-head for india practice

Dacheng Wong Alliance, the Singapore joint law venture between Chinese firm Dacheng and Singapore firm Wong Partnership, has hired a new co-head of its India practice: corporate lawyer Yang Yen Thaw.   Yang joins Dacheng Wong Alliance from the partnership of the Singapore office of boutique Indian private equity and venture capital law firm Lexygen. He is qualified to practice in India, and has 19 years of experience in international transactions and investments, joint ventures, M&As, and intellectual property. Aloysius Wee, managing principal of Dacheng Wong Alliance, said: “We are committed to bridging the India-China-ASEAN space and with Yen Thaw on board, we will be better placed to do this”.
