Moscow firm Nadmitov Ivanov announces alliance with Finnish firm

Moscow law firm Nadmitov Ivanov & Partners announced an aliiance with Finnish finance boutique Attorneys-at-Law Trust. Nadmitov Ivanov & Partners, led by co-managing partners Alexander Nadmitov and Alexey Ivanov, focuses on corporate and finance transactions, litigation and arbitration matters, subsoil regulation and foreign investments into Russia. Attorney-at-Law Trust is led by Mika Lehtimäki, and focusses on banking and finance and M&A transactions. Under the cooperation agreement, Alexander Nadmitov and Alexey Ivanov will become associate partners at Attorneys-at-Law Trust, while Lehtimäki will become an associate partner of Nadmitov Ivanov & Partners. Commenting on the agreement, Nadmitov said: “The agreement will allow us to effectively represent the interests of Russian clients in Finland, and Finnish companies in Russia and also marks the establishment of closer co-operation with the Finnish company Trust headed by one of the leading Finnish financial lawyers Mika Lehtimäki.”
