Latham & Watkins relocates two partners to boost Singapore practice

Latham & Watkins has boosted its Singapore practice by relocating to London partners - Rod Brown and Luke Grubb - to join the mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing groups there. Brown specializes in international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He joined the firm from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2007 and became a partner in 2010. Grubb specializes in outsourcing transactions such as technology procurement, systems development and licensing arrangements. He left the firm that is now known as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman to join Latham in 2003 and was promoted to partner in 2008.
