UK High St brand QualitySolicitors teams up with US online services provider

QualitySolicitors has announced the formation of an exclusive partnership with US online legal services business LegalZoom. The alliance marks the first entry of LegalZoom into the UK market, where it will allow the 400 high street law firms operating under the QualitySolicitors brand to offer follow-up advice for clients using a wide range of standardised online documentation. QualitySolicitors chief executive Craig Holt said: "The move is recognition that the modern client, business and individual, demands a range of options in how to access legal services to suit their circumstances at any particular time. For a busy business owner, the ability to quickly produce a high quality, personalised online document may be precisely what they need at a moment in time. To ignore that need would be to see a huge client base taken elsewhere."
