Paul Hastings and Cohen & Gresser approved to launch in South Korea

Paul Hastings and Cohen & Gresser have been granted approval to launch in South Korea, making them the fourth and fifth firms to receive approval from the South Korean Ministry of Justice after Clifford Chance, Ropes & Gray and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.   Paul Hastings’ Seoul office will be led by partner Jong Han Kim, who is joined by partner Daniel Kim and a team of associates and counsel. Cohen & Gresser partner S.C. Son will head that firm’s Seoul office.
