Hogan Lovells aims for 30% female partnership in ten years
Hogan Lovells has initiated a plan to have women make up 30 per cent of its partnership in ten year’s time. The 30 per cent figure might seem at first to be somewhat unimpressive, but it would be a significant improvement on the current number, which is just 21 per cent. And it will take some doing, since just 23 per cent of partners made up this year were women (that’s eight out of the total 35). David Harris, CEO of Hogan Lovells, said that the target was "ambitious but achievable".
