Australian firm Minter Ellison hires to boost finance practice
Minter Ellison has boosted its Sydney finance practice with the hire of partner James Mok of King & Wood Mallesons.
Mok’s practice specialises in structured and asset finance, with a particular focus on aircraft leasing and financing.
Head of the Minter Ellison finance division, Paul Paxton, said of the hire: "We have worked across the table from James on a number of transactions.
