Shearman & Sterling knowledge director hired by BLP

Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has hired Judy Mackenzie Stuart of Shearman & Sterling. Stuart served as chief knowledge officer at Shearman, and will be the first knowledge strategy director at BLP. Prior to joining Shearman in 2001, Stuart held positions at Clifford Chance and Linklaters. According to managing partner Lisa Mayhew, the newly created position will allow Stuart to improve client services at BLP.
