Olswang opens South Korea desk

Olswang has launched a desk in South Korea with the aim of expanding the firm’s Asia presence. The desk will be staffed by consultant Steve Kim, who will support existing clients in Korea, but will not provide any legal advice. Prior to joining Olswang, Kim served as head of sales and marketing at IP management company CPA Global, and previously worked as legal counsel at Samsung. He will focus on IP-related matters in Korea and liaise with Olswang’s other regional offices.
