Ashurst Brussels head joins Simmons & Simmons

Carl Meyntjens, managing partner of Ashurst’s Brussels office, has left the firm for a new position at Simmons & Simmons. His departure is the latest in a run of office head exits at Ashurst, which also lost office heads in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Singapore within the last seven days. Meyntjens will join Simmons’ corporate and commercial group, along with of counsel Kelly Cherretté. Following his exit, Ashurst reorganized its Brussels office, appointing Arnaud Wtterwulghe as managing partner and Denis Fosselard in a new position as ‘head of Brussels.’
