KWM elects Bednall as EUME managing partner

Former Mallesons partner Tim Bednall has been elected as Europe and Middle East managing partner at King & Wood Mallesons (KWM). Bednall ran against Gareth Amdor of legacy SJ Berwin for the position. Bednall currently heads up KWM’s London corporate finance and funds division, and previously served as chairman of the firm’s Australian partnership. His predecessor, William Boss, will return to a fee-earning position at the beginning of the year.
