Dentons merger delayed in Australia

Dentons has yet to finalize its merger with Australian firm Gadens, due to factors such as IT matters, intellectual property, and firm structure. Additionally, Gadens’ Melbourne base is no longer confirmed to participate in the tie-up. Merger plans were initially revealed in November 2015, when the plan was to implement a three-way merger between Dentons, Gadens, and Singapore firm Rodyk & Davidson. The Rodyk & Davidson portion of the merger was completed in April of this year.
