Salary review and partner drawings resume at Addleshaws

October 26, 2016 Addleshaw Goddard has resumed its salary review following pay freezes related to Brexit uncertainty. In addition to cancelling pay reviews for partners and associates, the firm deferred equity partners’ quarterly drawings.

The firm has stated that salary increases will go into effect in December, with pay backdated to the beginning of September. Equity partners are also set to receive their deferred autumn quarterly drawings in December. Several firms, including Berwin Leighton Paisner, Gowling WLG, and Trowers & Hamlins implemented similar pay freezes following the EU referendum in June.
