KWM partner Hamish Walton leaves Dubai post for Dechert

Hamish Walton has left the Dubai office of King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) and has taken a new position at Dechert. While at KWM, Walton served as a corporate and M&A partner, and was one of just six remaining partners in the Dubai office before his departure. Prior to KWM, Walton was a partner at Clyde & Co, and previously served as a partner at Baker & McKenzie. A number of high-profile partners have left KWM recently, including Neil Upton, Rob Day, Michael Halford, Andrew Wingfield, and Jonathan Pittal.
