KWM litigation head reportedly in talks with Covington

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) litigation head Craig Pollack is reported to be in talks with Covington & Burling, according to sources familiar with the matter. Pollack recently hired Alex Leitch and Greg Lascelles from KWM as well. KWM is in the process of attempting to sell its EUME arm, following two failed attempts at bailing out the regional partnership. Other recent KWM departures include Tim Beale, Hilton Mervis, and Justin Michaelson.
