Dentons launches second office in Mexico via merger

Dentons has opened its second office in Mexico, following a merger between the firm’s Mexican arm, Dentons López Velarde, and local firm Canales Zambrano y Asociados. The new office will be based in Monterrey, and is currently led by managing partner Gregorio Canales. The office specializes in corporate law, complex international transactions, cross-border financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Dentons has been expanding throughout the region, having recently opened offices via mergers in Colombia, Mexico, and Central America.
