PwC corporate partner hired by DWF while disputes team heads to Bird & Bird

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) lost a number of lawyers this week after Bird & Bird picked up a five-member disputes team and DWF hired a corporate partner from PwC Legal. The disputes team heading to Bird & Bird is led by partners Julian Balson and Andy Brown, who join with team members Ben Holloway, Tom Jaggar, and Chris Young. Corporate lawyer Alistair Hogarth joins DWF’s London corporate practice from PwC legal, where he worked for 20 years.
