Indian firm CAM signs on with Kira for AI services

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), a firm based in India, has enlisted the services of Kira Systems, a Canadian AI software company. By using Kira software, the firm hopes to enhance its legal services offerings through machine learning. Kira is used by a number of firms, including Clifford Chance, while other firms such as Pinsent Masons, Linklaters, and Baker & Hostetler have implement various forms of AI throughout their own systems. The software uses AI to derive data from legal documents, and applies machine learning to transactions in different practice areas.
