Dentons hires four in Germany from Clifford Chance and Baker McKenzie

Dentons has brought on four new hires from Clifford Chance and Baker McKenzie in Germany, boosting its new European structured finance practice. Arne Klüwer joins Dentons as head of banking and finance in Germany after spending 16 years at Clifford Chance, where he became a partner in 2004. He is joined by Mortimer Berlet, who was a senior associate at Clifford Chance. Berlet will join Dentons as a partner. Baker Mckenzie partner Mattias Eggert joins Dentons’ structured finance practice along with associate Timo Reister. Eggert has been with Baker McKenzie since 2008, and previously worked at Hengeler Mueller.
