DWF completes NeoLaw acquisition, names new head of costs
DWF has completed its acquisition of NeoLaw, the costs division of Keely. As part of the acquisition, NeoLaw’s 21 staff members will join an existing in-house costs department at DWF, bringing the department’s total headcount to 57. The new personnel will be split between DWF’s London and Birmingham offices. Simon Murray has been appointed as the firm’s new head of costs, while Steven Dawson will remain in his current position as senior technical director within the costs department. The NeoLaw acquisition is part of DWF’s 2017 expansion efforts, which thus far have seen the firm operate new offices in Singapore, Paris and Berlin, along with new associations in Jeddah and Riyadh.
