The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) has hired Wesley Pang, who joins from a position as an associate at Shearman & Sterling.
Pang spent 8 years at Shearman & Sterling, and worked in the firm’s Lodon, Paris and New York offices in the international arbitration practice. Upon joining HKIAC, he will work with senior lawyers on matters involving administration of arbitrations.
HKIAC QC and chairperson Matthew Gearing said Pang brings background and experience that will help the centre boost its dispute resolution capabilities.
