Morgan Lewis nabs two Morrison & Foerster partners in Tokyo

Morgan Lewis & Bockius has made several recent hires in its offices throughout Asia, most recently in Tokyo. Motonori “Moto” Araki and Mitsuyoshi “Mitsu” Saito have joined Morgan Lewis from Morrison & Foerster. Both new hires are corporate partners, and Araki will additionally serve as managing partner of the firm’s Tokyo office. Morgan Lewis also recently hired Karun Cariappa and Helen Fok from Simmons & Simmons. Cariappa is based in Morgan Lewis’ Singapore office, while Fok is a partner in the Hong Kong office.
