UK firms prepare for no-deal Brexit scenario

Many UK-based firms have begun to prepare for a no-deal Brexit scenario. Preparations include changing legal structures of offices based in the EU and reviewing contingency plans. Among the firms with extensive networks of offices in the EU are [Linklaters 2], [Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer 3], [Hogan Lovells 1848], [Herbert Smith Freehills 51], [Clifford Chance 39], [Allen & Very 27], and [Eversheds Sutherland 37]. According to A&O partner and Brexit initiative leader Daniel Shurman, the firm is analyzing its options in order to be prepared for the March 29 deadline.
