Dewey hires star M&A team from Cooley

Dewey & LeBoeuf has hired three partners from Cooley Godward Kronish, including Richard Climan, one of the Silicon Valley firm’s top rainmakers and head of Cooley’s mergers practice. Richard Climan will be joining Dewey’s Silicon Valley office along with M&A lawyer Keith Flaum, and technology lawyer Eric Reifschneider. Climan will become a member of Dewey’s executive committee and head the global expansion Dewey's M&A practice.
