Linklaters hit by partner exodus to Herbert Smith in Madrid

Linklaters Spanish tax head Nicolas Martin is joining Herbert Smith along with two associates, becoming the fifth Linklaters partner in just three months to leave the magic circle firm for Herbert Smith's new Madrid base. The addition of Nicolas Martin takes the number of partners at Herbert Smith's Madidrd office to seven, along with 10 associates.
