Jenner & Block bolsters corporate practice with Winston & Strawn and Goodwin Procter hires

Jenner & Block has bolstered its corporate practice in New York and Chicago with the hire of partners from Winston & Strawn and Goodwin Procter. Brian Hart, formerly a partner at Winston & Strawn, joins Jenner’s Chicago office to lead the firm's corporate finance practice group, while M&A and securities partner Kevin Collins and M&A partner Jason Casella of Goodwin Procter join Jenner’s New York office. Joseph Gromacki, chair of Jenner's corporate practice, said: "Over the last eight years or so, we've experienced a significant increase in the quality and reputation of our corporate practice," adding: "When we opened our office in New York in, our strategy was to build up our corporate practice, and Kevin and Jason are part of that strategy."
