Scottish firm Gillespie MacAndrew to launch in Perth

Scottish firm Gillespie MacAndrew is set to launch its second office in Scotland, with a new office in Perth to be led by partner Alistair Anderson opening on 3 September. After operating in Edinburgh for the past 15 years, Gillespie MacAndrew decided to expand to Perth in order to boost its practices in land and rural business. The firm has more than doubled in size over the past ten years via a series of small acquisitions in the Scottish legal services market, and posted a turnover of £9.8m in 2011-12, which is a long way from the £3m turnover posted in 2004-05.
