Potential merger talks among Olswang, Camerons and Nabarro

Olswang and CMS Cameron McKenna will be holding partners meetings this week, reportedly to discuss a potential three-way merger involving Nabarro. Olswang has been considering merger opportunities lately, and had previously been in talks with Camerons. Olswang’s financial performance suffered last year as turnover fell by 11% to £112.5m, although profits per equity partner (PEP) remained flat at £490,000. Nabarro’s turnover increased by 3.5% to £130.4m, but PEP dropped by 7% to £585,000.
