Merger talks confirmed by CMS, Nabarro and Olswang

Following reports of merger talks between CMS Cameron McKenna, Nabarro and Olswang, the firms have confirmed that discussions are currently in progress. Camerons released a statement on behalf of the trio of firms stating they are discussing the possibility of merging. A combination would result in a firm with 65 offices in 36 countries with core revenues of approximately £500m. Camerons has been steadily expanding, while Nabarro has reported mixed financial results and Olswang has suffered declining performance recently.
