Nabarro and Olswang confirmed to join CMS

CMS Cameron McKenna, Nabarro and Olswang have confirmed a three-way merger, as voted through by the firms’ partners. The combined operation will trade as CMS and will be named CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. The new firm will have revenues totaling nearly £1bn. Reports of a three-way merger surfaced in August following discussions between Olswang and other potential merger partners.
