Withers picks up latest Olswang departure

Withers has hired corporate finance partner Azlinda Ariffin-Boromand from Olswang, which has seen a number of departures leading up to its planned merger with CMS Cameron McKenna and Nabarro. While at Olswang, Ariffin-Boromand worked as a corporate finance partner since joining the firm in 2013. She also held prior positions at Fasken Martineau and Shook Lin & Bok. In the run-up to Olswang’s merger, planned for next May, the firm has lost a number of partners, including Stephen Reese, Justin Hill, and Rob Bratby.
