CMS to retain majority of post-merger leadership roles

As CMS Cameron McKenna prepares for its impending merger with Nabarro and Olswang, the firm has announced its management structure for the new firm, which will be named CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. CMS plans to claim most of the new firm’s leadership positions, with partners such as Rita Lowe, Bob Palmer, Guy Pendell, Dirk Loycke, Christopher Jordan and Mark Heighton heading up practice groups. Ciaran Carvalho of Nabarro will head up the new firm’s global real estate practice, and Iain Stanisfield of Olswang will lead the firm’s UK commercial practice. The merger is set to go live on 1 May 2017.
