CMS implements staff cuts and axes Central Europe alliance

In advance of the three-way merger between CMS, Nabarro, and Olswang, CMS has begun to cut the firm’s global support staff. Additionally, the firm has terminated its agreement with Slovak office Ružička Csekes. The firm is expected to open its own location in Bratislava around the time of its UK merger with Nabarro and Olswang. According to CMS Austria managing partner Peter Huber, the firm will be able to better serve its clients by openings its own office in Slovakia.
