Morgan Lewis hires five from Simmons in Shanghai

Morgan Lewis & Bockius has expanded its Shanghai base with the hire of a five-strong employment team from the Shanghai office of Simmons & Simmons. The team is led by employment partner K. Lesli Ligorner, and includes four associates. Ligorner has more than a decade of experience in China, and focuses on employment matters involving compliance, anticorruption regulations, discrimination and harassment, immigration, collective bargaining, trade secrets, and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). The firm also recently hired nine partners from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
